m\u00f6glicherweise unentdeckt bleiben.\u00b3 Zudem k\u00f6nnen BGAs in der Regel nicht im Schlaf durchgef\u00fchrt werden, wodurch n\u00e4chtliche CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Werte nicht korrekt ermittelt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SpO<sub>2<\/sub> allein ist unzureichend:<\/strong> Die Messung der Oxygenierung (SpO<sub>2<\/sub>) allein reicht nicht aus, um eine alveol\u00e4re Hypoventilation erkennen zu k\u00f6nnen, und bei Patienten unter NIV kann somit eine Hyperkapnie \u00fcbersehen werden.\u00b9<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endtidales CO<sub>2<\/sub> (etCO<sub>2<\/sub>) kann unzuverl\u00e4ssig sein:<\/strong> Eine St\u00f6rung des V\/Q-Verh\u00e4ltnisses kann zu einer Untersch\u00e4tzung des arteriellen CO<sub>2<\/sub> bei Patienten mit COPD oder Adipositas-Hypoventilationssyndrom (OHS) f\u00fchren, w\u00e4hrend Leckagen an den Masken und ein kontinuierlicher Flow w\u00e4hrend der NIV die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Messung weiter
